For our client, a German pension institution, achieving high levels of customer care via the telephone is a pre-requisite, due to the advisory services they provide to their clients, which result in individual offers. The client choose to replace the existing supplier and outsource to Swiss Post Solutions due to our knowledge and approach to optimising service levels and reducing costs.
Swiss Post Solutions now looks after document printing in the areas of daily post, regulated mailing activity and mailing campaigns. We handle the production of letters, including support for up to eight enclosures. As a result we manage 10 million shipments, of approximately 30 million sheets, every year.
