    Distributing official company communications to crew is an essential operational task for Emirates Group, especially as these communications include important updates and various critical documents that are required by regulation. With around 30,000 items to receive, sort and distribute each month to a crew community of over 21,000, creating a reliable and efficient delivery solution was a critical undertaking.

  • Solution

    Swiss Post Solutions designed a solution for Emirates Group that eliminated the need for mailboxes for the entire crew community. A new hub manages the receipt and distribution of all crew mail through an accountable process that tracks mail as it is received, sorted, stored in allocated picking locations and ultimately collected by crew. Now crew members are sent an e-mail alert letting them know they have mail, which they can collect at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
