Our Consultants create solution design processes for strategic multi-million and multi-national deals end to end and by doing that, transform the way our customers currently operate and provide solutions based on their future needs. They define appropriate solution approaches (processes, people, location, technology, and infrastructure) and develop target-operating models with first indicative pricing. Hence, our Consultants are closely aligned with the controlling team, to gather input data for building cost models.
Furthermore, the Global Solution Design team is skilled with knowledge of market trends (e.g. Artificial Intelligence or Robotics) and opportunities to develop client programs focused on digital transformation of business processes. Supplied with all relevant information, they identify possible risks in relation to solutions as well as sources of costs. They are positioned in the heart of the solution design and thus, deliver material to be integrated within a client`s proposal. On top of that, our Consultants are business experts, executing due diligence in proposal, contracting or transition phases in close cooperation with subject matter experts.
In order to successfully fill the position as a Senior Consultant Global Solution Design, it is of high importance to have a solution-oriented personality, eager to provide best in class solutions across various industries such as Banking and/or Insurance.
New Consultants who join us, have on average a 5 years proven track record as an in-depth specialist and process matter expert in document input processing. They comfortably deal with KPIs and are technology enthusiasts with know-how about relevant software/hardware, ideally in a document input processing environment. They are familiar with topics ranging from Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence to Robotics (preferably having experience with e.g. OPEX, ABBYY, Kofax, ReadSoft, Instream or UiPath).
Our Consultants are strategic analysts who are sensitized for intercultural as well as virtual working groups and open for travel activities. What makes them successful is their ability to professionally communicate across hierarchies with C-level comfort. On top of that, it is vital to speak the respective country language (e.g. German, French) and to have proven English language skills.
